• FREE HypnoBirthing & Doula taster on Saturday, 23 June 2012, 11am-12pm
A free preview session for expectant parents & new parents to find out more about Hypnobirthing & how a Doula can help them achieve a good birth experience regardless of the outcome.
• “Parents Circle Support Group” & “Meet the Doulas” every Friday – 10.30am – 12.30pm
A free support group for mothers and mothers-to-be, to come together and lend support, and have the Doulas and the mothers support each other. The Doulas also offer breastfeeding support during this gathering. We will have some guest speakers from 11am-12pm come and share with us other modalities that can help us through our (expectant) parenting journey – see schedule below. Bring a potluck!
• Infant & Children First Aid Workshop by Anne Greetham

This 4 hour Infant & children First Aid non-certification course taught by Anne Greetham (www.firstaidtuition.com) for parents and their domestic helpers to learn Infant & Children first aid to deal with medical emergencies that occurs at home.
This course covers the basics of First Aid and CPR for Adults, Children and Infants as below and also spends time covering fevers, common illnesses in Infants and Children and Infectious diseases in Children and Infants.
• Hypnobirthing & Breastfeeding Antenatal Group Classes
In line with Health Promotion Board (HPB) and the local hospitals working towards WHO Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative (BFHI) accreditation, we have revised and updated our curriculum for 2012 and are now combining our HypnoBirthing and Breastfeeding Antenatal Group Classes as a complete antenatal program using mind-body techniques to enable parents to have an easy, short, relaxed & comfortable birth to welcome their babies into this world as gently as possible as well as up-to-date breastfeeding information and techniques to start their parenting journey positively. All classes includes the HypnoBirthing Book, 2 CDs, Positive Affirmation Cards for the Mothers, Support Strategies Cards for the Birth Partners, 2 workbooks, refreshments and attendance as a couple at $600.
HypnoBirthing & Breastfeeding Antenatal Group Classes: $600
Choose 1 of the following:
• Friday Weekly Group Classes (5 sessions x 3 hours = 15 hours): 7 – 10pm
• Saturday Weekly Group Classes (5 sessions x 4 hours = 20 hours): 9am-1pm OR 2-6pm
• Sunday Intensive Group Classes (3 sessions x 6 hours = 18 hours): 12 – 6pm
